For our summer menu we are partnering with Bobby Garbutt!


Bobby has a background in fashion production.


She is now a freelance chef having recently set up a joint catering endeavour with a friend which is centred around sustainable convivial sharing dishes where we seek to educate others about the provenance of food.











A few words from Bobbie... For the Summer Canape Menu, I wanted to continue the vibrance and flavour that is central to Elysia’s food offering. Inspired in part by the flavours and methods of the Middle East and utilising the best of the seasonal surplus vegetables, I have developed colourful offering of homemade canape bases with vibrant hummus’, flavoured labnehs and pastes incorporating lots of fresh herbs and spices.


I have combined these with preserved and pickled fruits and vegetables to lock in their freshness and further develop their flavour.  This range of textures and flavours come together to compliment each other in joyous mouthful!


Left to Right Savoury Canapes - Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi, Turmeric Shortbread pastry topped with a Red Pepper Pesto and Pickled Asparagus, Charcoal Crackers topped with Beetroot Hummus and Preserved lemon,  A Crostini with Labhneh and Roasted Aubergines
