Food sustainability in action!

Food sustainability is in the news with the Felix project charity collecting food wasted by supermarkets to give it to people in need. At the Impact Hubs in London, a few events (see Re-Work) have been organised to better understand this issue this issue. We had the chance to discuss the journey launching Elysia with Katrine, the super talented community journalist at the Impact Hub of Westminster.
