British Seasonal Veg & Vietnamese dumplings
So this autumn, we decided to bring you some Asian sunshine for your evening events!
We are honoured to be working with Kieu-My Pham Thai our guest chef for our new Autumnal menu. Kieu-My is French with Vietnamese roots.
She used to work in finance and decided a couple of years ago to quit her job a focus on her main passion - wholesome food.
She trained as a chef in France and London and now specialises in nourishing and authentic Asian food.
For our new canapes menu, Kieu-My creates a range of beautiful dumplings made with surplus natural British vegetables and a selection of brown meat crab dumplings.
The dough is handmade using vegetable juice such a spinach or beetroot for a vibrant canape! The filling is crunchy and full of flavours with heritage carrots, cabbage and butternut squash.
