On the air!
Last Thursday, I was invited by the FoodTalk Show's team to talk about Elysia! It was a very exciting experience.
Paul and Sue run the radio show since the beginning of the year. They want to publicise and highlight the work of food tech and artisan food makers in the UK. Particularly to show growing trends in the food sector such as rescued food!
The atmosphere in the radio studio was very relaxed. I met with Andrew Tickle who launched Aronia Berries UK. He makes a fabulous and super tasty juice from Aronia, a fruit usually native to America. Andrew is the first grower in England with an aronia berry plantation!
It was then my turn to discuss the rescued artisan products. Paul and Sue tasted some of the products such as the crispbread of EasyBean or the hummus of ChicP. Let's hear what they have to say on this podcast :)
It was a first to be on air and talk about food waste - thanks a lot to the team for making it happen!
