We handpick only the very finest quality breakfast and canapes ingredients from artisan producers for an authentic eating and drinking experience. All the products are natural, local and ideal for a convivial time!

We cater for corporate and private events from 40 to 600 guests. We are happy to design creative bespoke menus for special occasions, business meetings or informal gatherings in the morning and evening.

Secrets of Green launch event

"Elysia is offering a second life to artisan food products..​."

We’ve catered for intimate dinner, conference with FTSE 100 directors, grandiose summer party, tech startup launch event... From canapés and bowl food to sit down lunch all of our menus have been carefully designed using fresh, seasonal and local surplus produce to create bespoke dishes. Please do request references and testimonials if you wish to see what our clients have had to say about our events so far.

No request is too much trouble and if it isn’t on our list we will do everything we can to source it. Our deliveries are done either on foot, on our trusty bike or by electric taxi. 


Elysia's offering is rustic, bespoke and versatile. From a large cocktail & canapé reception to a themed birthday party, we partnered with knowledgeable drinks specialists to offer high-quality, natural and delicious drinks.

Sebastien Adam, our expert bartender partner is designing our cocktails in partnership with Black Cow vodka - a high quality, artisanal spirit made with surplus milk is West Dorset. 


For the perfect food & wine pairing, we are partnering with Maxime Maiano, oenologists and founder of One to Wine. 


Toast Ale is our beer partner - making British beer out of surplus bread!


Last but not least, we recently partnered with Hawkes, the first Urban orchard in London - they make a real, delicious cider from British apples (using grade 2 for helping reducing food waste!).
